We were there with friends and disappointed in the amount of time from placing our order to its actual arrival. When it finally did arrive it wasn't hot. My husband had the ham / turkey dinner and the meat was COLD! Sausage gravy was cold when it came and had started to congeal on top. Our waitress was lovely-thank you Michelle, but it was disappointing not to have hot food.

I thought the serving of food was a little bit small for the price of the food and the chicken was pretty crunchy almost to done. I ordered a broasted chicken leg an thigh and a small scoop of potatoes with a ????. I also got a pop in a pint jar for over two dollars. Was not happy about that at all.

Came in Monday at 1p.m. We needed more time to order. Then, it took awhile for the waiter to come back and actually take the order. They didn't have the salmon my 80 year old mother wanted. It took awhile to get our food, but it was hot and tasty. We ordered pie. It took awhile for the waitress to bring it out. She had to find it, plate it, and chop the Reese cups to put on it. I didn't get a refill. When the cashier asked how was everything, told her everything above and she was apologetic, but very apathetic. Store # 492 Hillsboro, Ohio. Server Erin. Cashier Samantha. Good food. Excellent service! Delicious, freshly baked banana bread and blueberry bread available to purchase. Thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Thanks Bob Evans staff for a wonderful experience.

This restaurant is very good but service is a tad bit slow. We’ve also noticed that it’s usually very cold in the restaurant but the staff is very nice. Another little complaint is that they have small cups which would be fine but sometimes the servers are a little slow and you might not have a drink for a few minutes. Besides that this restaurant is perfect. Nice staff and also good food. Would recommend and we plan to continue eating here!
