Quesa-Broso

I moved to the area a few months ago, so this was my first time visiting the food truck, but I should have come SOONER. The food was delicious. I got the quesabirria, which was so flavorful. The meat was tender and perfectly cooked. The consomme for dipping was a nice extra touch. I also got the creamy rollies which were fried perfectly to be soft with the right amount of crunch.
The owners were friendly, happy to answer questions, and quick! Can't wait to go back and try other menu items.

Hands down the best authentic Mexican food I’ve had! The pictures do not do it any justice! Fast service and very friendly staff! Highly recommend!
