The food and service are excellent! Five star experience.
We stopped in the Saturday after thanksgiving in the middle of a 9 hour drive and wanted real food not fast food. This place makes their own sausage and the biscuits and gravy are to die for - they even serve local honey for their biscuits. Is this the most beautiful diner - nope - but has the friendliest people and delicious food. My husband and I and our five kids can’t wait to try it again! If you’re in the vicinity make the trip! They also serve anything on the menu all day - they close early 3:00 pm in the winter, so double check their hours but don’t miss this yummy small town joint. How eating should be! Tip big - these servers are also the cooks! If it wasn’t 9:30 in the morning we would have tried the yummy ice cream and shake flavors!
