    Other than the front counter people spending more time visiting with family instead of finishing and delivering food orders it was fine.

    My food wasn't bad but my mom ordered a number two and it had ketchup dripping from the sides and wasn't cooled all the way

    Food was good, service lousy. Old location had FAST service, new one has been s-l-o-w since the day it opened 2+ yrs. ago! More workers equals worse food prep time?????
