Def Louie's Sandwich Shop

The best sandwich shop I’ve ever been to! Delicious homemade hoagies made with fresh ingredients and served with a smile. I’ve tried every sandwich on the menu and I swear each one is better than the last! Definitely would recommend!

The sandwiches are phenomenal. The ingredients are extremely fresh! You can't pass by Steubeville and not try one of their sandwiches. The potato chips are also extremely tasty. What can I say, this is the place that Steubenville desperately needed and it's finally here. God bless all the Def Louie's staff!

I ordered the Boss Hog 12 inch. What can I say but OMG. That was the all time best sandwich. The BBQ pork was quite tasty ,a very hearty sub. The sub was loaded with tender pork and the sauce was phenomenal. The homemade pickles on top was a great addition, it set the sub off. Wonderful friendly service. Also gives a military discount and thanked me for my service. Can't wait to try something else off the menu. For a great sub that's the place to go.

Absolutely the best sandwiches anywhere! You can tell with every bite that only the freshest and finest ingredients are used. I have to mention the homemade pickles and chips too!! This definitely needs to be on your must try list. I had the Hungary Lou and the Steak Me Home Tonight. Both amazing…..The Steak Me Home Tonight is on another level compared to any other steak n cheese I’ve ever had. Well done Chef!

I believe this is the best sandwich place in the Ohio Valley. I am very impressed by the quality of all the ingredients of each sandwich. They buy most of their ingredients from family owned local farms. I find that the "monthly special" sandwiches are truly amazing and they provide the needed variety for habitual customers. The combination, selection and quality of the ingredients of each sandwich makes this place my favorite to go place for a quick meal in Steubenville. Each type of sandwich is created with a lot of thought and creativity. The only thing to keep in mind is that the waiting times around noon can be quite long, but I believe it's worth the wait.
