Froehlich's Classic Corner

Interesting place. Plenty of parking. We had the deep fried ravioli and the goat cheese flat bread. We weren’t impressed by either, the raviolis were super dried out and didn’t have any flavor and the flatbread was just ok. Our waitress was nice but must have been the only person because it took a long time to get waited on then a long time to get the food we ordered. The one plus was as we were leaving we ran into the owner of the restaurant, he was super nice and showed us the old car museum area and pointed out some really great points of interest for the town. I think we might have just ordered the wrong items on the menu and would try this establishment again in the future.

Legitimately one of the best experiences I've had in a restaurant. The waitress was a bit standoffish at first, but warmed up and was really helpful by the end of the night. From start (stuffed banana peppers, fried zucchini, and French onion) to main (burger, chicken parmigiana, and chicken broccoli alfredo) to finish (homemade cheesecake and homemade apple pie), it was one of the best meals I've ever had. It's on an old downtown building and the atmosphere would mislead you to believe it's a dive, but lo' and behold, it's truly a hidden gem!

Service was really good. My burger was a little over cooked. Everyone seems to smoke by the back entrance and there is a strong smoke smell when you in, but not in the dining area. Also it was karaoke night, which if you are into that cool, if not...

Evidently an older establishment in the heart of Steubenville, Ohio. We had a large party which was easily accommodated without a reservation. Our waitress was efficient and friendly and the food was good. My seat faced one of the many murals for which the city is known. After visiting the holiday Nutcracker display, dining at the Classic Corner was a great way to finish the day.
