The building has an interesting history.
The menu is expanded to include dinner types of entree's as well.
I've been here a couple times now and haven't been disappointed in the staff or food.
I'm sure it's highly popular with the local population but it's also a nice little get away from the normal city living choices. -

(April 8, 2019, 4:21 pm)Cannot beat the nostalgic Leroy atmosphere. Never had a bad time at Capps. Hard to say no when invited out that way for food/drinks. Pleasantly located in the country side of lake county.
