“Came here after a baby shower where they had this pizza. I wanted one to take home for dinner so we took a detour! We order a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, they never took our name, and said give them 15min. (It was a Sunday afternoon and they only had 1 other person in line, who knows what kind of phone orders.) That passed and we went in to grab our order. NOTHING. The guy got upset when we didn't have a name to give but showed a receipt. He went in back and never came out. We asked again and were told another 15min. 50min later our pizza was ready for us. We live a hour away so I didn't expect it to be warm. I opened the box and went to put it on a plate and it was doughy! Normally it wouldn't bother me to finish cooking a pizza, I order half baked all the time, but after out wait this was unacceptable. During our wait we were never even apologized too. We will try again but”

“This place is a breath of fresh air. I have lived in a dozen cities and eaten at double that in quick Chinese restaurants and, I honestly don’t know what this place is doing differently, but the food is infinitely better than any other quick Chinese dine in/carry out restaurant I’ve been to in years. Sometimes it feels like Chinese restaurants all get their food from the same supplier. Same mediocre chicken, dumplings and noodles everywhere that just taste cheap. This place is different. Their dumplings taste home made. Their noodles are thin and taste “real” if that makes sense. The vegetables taste like vegetables and not wok fried “matter”. I haven’t tried everything yet, but I haven’t had a single bad meal here. The staff is kind, always smiling and genuinely make you feel like they’re happy you’re giving them your custom. Prices are MENTAL reasonable for how good the food is. Like I said, a breath of fresh air in the Chinese food industry. If I ever move out of Madison I’ll be upset to leave this place.”

“Drove for 33 minutes trying to find a nice family restaurant for a Sunday breakfast but everything was super busy and we ended up at this McDonald's which was far from home but the service was fast and friendly. Very clean exterior of building as well as was the interior. The overall team member attitudes and atmosphere both felt and seemed to run smoothly. Drive thru also seemed to filter cars through quickly although we ordered inside. Restrooms were also well maintained.”

Waitresses here often start strong, then tend to not come back after the food is dropped off. The last three visits the bill was over charged and our waitress didn't even bring the bill.
