Buffalo Wild Wings

The food is always great but our service yesterday was horrible. Never got refills and asked to put in a to go order when we were finished eating. To go came out before we were done. Never got checked on after our order was taken. Very disappointing but a manager handled it and apologized. But if a server is stuck doing whatever, my suggestion would be to have a food runner or someone check on patrons.

Manager thought buy one get one free of equal or lesser value didn't mean identical order of wings was equal. Apparently only cheese curds cause identical isn't equal. Manager thru waitress under bus and made her try and explain how equal isn't identical. Apparently manager acted like it was coming out of her pocket. I tipped waitress well. Wasn't her fault.

The service was great. Very kind staff, great food. My husband had the all American burger which he had no complaints about and I had the street tacos which were fantastic.

Typical casual sports bar. Personally I only find the wraps, appetizers, and wings to be safe bets for eating. Love having so many screens to watch events on, just wish there was a speaker box at the table to hear things! Decent beer selection.
