My friends and I decided to look at their screen and help them out. The machine was reading error every-time they placed their credit card. Therefore, I walked to the back and kindly asked the register if she could help the people in front of us. That way, everyone could be happy

Never been a fan but got soft tacos and loved them.

line was slow, food was decent. dude taking our order said "I could be better" when asked how he was doing. might just go to Richmond street location next time.

Fast service and great quality compared to all of the other locations within 20 miles. Store manager is 100% dedicated to customer service. I haven't been this impressed with any other Taco Bell before. One thing that impressed me the most is that the food at this location is not greasy at all; the last thing you want is a crunchy taco that is soaked in grease. I will absolutely be coming back as long as I live in Mentor. This new location is great!

Pretty nice and clean since it's a newer location. Used the self ordering system for the first time. It was fun and easy enough once you figure out the layout. Order was quick and fresh and the food was enjoyable. Love the Doritos Locos tacos. The overall dining area was on the cold side though.
