Wendy's

I drove through around lunch time on a Sunday, so I was expecting it to be busy. It's also a relatively new place, so I'm trying to cut them some slack here, but the wait times were very long and they got my order wrong. The wait to even place an order was about 6 minutes, and the wait to receive an order after paying at the first window was close to 6 minutes as well. Maybe once they have some time to iron everything out things we'll go more smoothly.

Fast and helpful. Tasted good!

Less than impressive greeting on front cash. I ordered two four piece chicken nuggets with two different sauces, water, and two small frosty malts. This is a brand new restaurant with Wi-Fi and some eating areas with electric outlets and USB chargers. While there is a good mix of soft and hard seating I don't think any of the higher ups actually sat in them to test them for comfort during the design phase. Most of the booths sit you straight up and I want to relax when I eat! The tables with stools are comfortable but feel crowded. The best seats in the house are next to the fireplace. Not once during the time I was there did I see anyone wipe a table, counter, or police the lobby. The Coke machine is great just about any Coke product you would want. They are currently advertising ALL YOU CAN EAT CHILI 4-10PM EVERY TUESDAY! That's the latest on the New Mentor Wendy's, 6866 Center Street, Mentor... there's room for improvement! ????

Told the manager Arthur Sunday night that Wendy's outdid themselves building this restaurant on 6:15 sure wish that Vine Street and Mentor Avenue would take a little lesson I mean a lot of lesson from this restaurant high quality very professional great employees keep up the awesome work and awesome food thanks again for a good experience

With the new Wendy's, I had higher hopes for this place. This restaurant was better than the other Wendy's in the area. Food was better. The dining room was dirty. Staff not attentive - they didn't seem too concerned about what they were doing. The Coca Cola Freestyle fountain didn't have most flavors stocked in it. I'm not in a hurry to visit this or any Wendy's anytime soon. It's sad, I used to really like Wendy's.
