    Customer Service at the Willoughby location is great.The food is always fresh and hot.

    Good food. Very long wait. Staff is sometimes rude and unprofessional, both on the phone and in person. If none of this bothers you then you're in for a treat. That is when they finally give you your food!

    Been once and was very pleased. Called in the order they said 15 min got there in 18 and it was ready. It was fresh, wings were crispy fries weren’t soggy. Got a chicken philly w/ fries and 5 whole wings and spent $11 I can’t complain will deff come back again.
