    This Taco Bell in Willoughby it's a hit and miss most days I hit. The new Taco they have is amazing. Customer service I would give 5 stars food quality 3 on a bad day 5 on a good day consistency and making their tacos is not one that they have.

    Two very nice clerks attentive to all of the customers in the dining area. Asked how everything was a couple times. Food was fresh and ???? hot.
