Yesterday mid-afternoon (4/15) , the drive thru employee must’ve been having a bad day because she was extremely rude and acted like we were inconveniencing her. Also just so happened to be out of MULTIPLE items we wanted. We were one of two cars in line. Her attitude made us leave and go to the Willoughby location. Only reason I didn’t give it 1 star is because our last experience prior to this poor encounter was fantastic. There was a young gentleman working the window who was extremely personable and the interaction made our day. Really wish there were consistent experiences here. One more bad attitude in the drive thru and we won’t be back.

Enjoyed a holiday drink and breakfast danish this week. I ordered via the mobile app. I pulled up to the menu, the associate was very nice. I was out of the line within 4 minutes. When I arrived there was 5 cars in the line including mine! Great service, yummy products! Would absolutely recommend and will be back.
