The Cabin of Willowick

Went for Mother's day all you can eat brunch, the food items were, interesting, to say. Deviled eggs made with what taste like horseradish, scrambled eggs, potatoes, pancakes, pasta, fish, very rare roast (the "chef" had to put it in a pan to sear after he cut it") shelled oysters, and cookies and baked goods. I'd give a shot at their regular menu one day, but 70 something $ for two with that buffet won't be happening again.

Tonight was my first time at the cabin, and I have to say it was amazing! The atmosphere was cozy and friendly, my husband and I was really happy with our server (Paula) very friendly, and on her game. We both ordered steak which was perfectly cooked to perfection. I really enjoyed my dinner and my first visit there. Thank you very much.. we will be back soon

We had some problem in the beginning getting seated for service but a waitress named Pam took the same to them main dining room and procedure to take care of us in a very timely fashion she was very excellent in her presentation and execution of getting our Waters are drinks and our appetizers. She then proceeded to can our dinner order and whatever else we desired And Timely fashion and with excellent follow-up service. Are meals or all very well executed and to taste and we had a great finish to our dinner thanks in a large part to our waitress.

Really neat location. Lovely bar: Small and fills up fast. Foods is pretty good with a generous menu. Has gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options. Service is not fast but that's not a problem if your not in a hurry. Food is fresh and good.

Carmen is the owner of this outstanding restaurant. The food is excellent from steaks to salads. Our waitress, Wendy, suggested brown sugar as a salad dressing, a one of a kind. Was it good. From the bartender to the waitresses plus one waiter are all excellent in their professionalism in taking care of their customers as they come to The Cabin for lunch or dinner. All of this does not happen unless you are greeted with a friendly smile by the hostess and chefs that know how make an excellent meal that makes you want to come back again to The Cabin.
