I placed a carry out order.
Picking it up, I was informed they accidentally made the wrong type of pizza and that they were remaking the pizza I ordered and it would be six minutes longer.
I really appreciate the excellent customer service.
They took initiative to make sure my order was corrected, offered me the pizza they made by mistake and sent me home with a 2 liter.
Rob apologized to me for the inconvenience.
Great job Donatos!!! My family and I will definitely be back to this location. -

(November 26, 2018, 7:51 pm)Love Donatos Pizza! We was there on a Saturday evening and had no trouble getting a seat. Our server was very polite and checked on us often. The pizza and sub was outstanding! Will definitely go there again and again.
