Extremely good food, the regular chicken sandwich was juicy and flavorful, and the fries were fresh and delicious. Yet the complaints about the heat ratings not matching up are on the nose.

Also customer service is a little slow. They just opened however and that could just be launch troubles.

Greatly disappointed with this place. I got medium heat spicy just to guage how they see spicy. Mustard is spicier then that. The fries were tasteless and only had seasoning on one side. The only good thing I can say was the chicken was juicy, kind of. They were small and mostly breading, but what chicken there was, was juicy (this is something I'm noticing a lot of places). I love chicken and I love spicy, but this place didn't satisfy any of what is basic. Maybe in a few months they will be better, but I'll probably go to places I know is guaranteed what is promised.

Mildly spicy chicken at best, and no difference between “medium” and “hot”; the lack of heat was very disappointing. Certainly not Nashville hot. But it WAS moist and tender, and tiny… the 3 piece tenders meal was actually 6 small nuggets.
We tried onion rings, mozzarella sticks, cole slaw, and mac & cheese bites along with the fries that came with the meal. Good typical frozen fare, well cooked.
We fully expected a long wait due to this being their first day, and sure enough, we were told 40 minutes when we ordered (which that turned into 70).
Understandable, but after waiting over an hour for the food, the fries and chicken were luke warm - I think they may have been sitting around while our other sides were cooked.
All in all, we’ll give it another shot in a few months.
