“Good food but one staff member was very rude. Maybe it's the owners kid? Not sure, but he was rude. I always get my chicken grilled when I go there. The last time I was there this young kid told me no I can't get grilled chicken because they were to busy.... I told him I always get it and that didn't make sense because it they are to busy. Then he huffed away. Took forever to get our food. He had to make a remark out loud that orders are taking long time because someone grilled chicken. He never once came back to our table. Someone else even brought out our food. How can a employee be so rude to a customer that asks for a service that they offer! I was nice and never rude to the kid either.”

“This Wendy's went downhill. It used to be such a quick and efficient place. You ordered and got it almost right away and now it slow as molasses. While waiting in line a few customers orders were wrong and the young lady was getting frustrated and trying not to show it but her actions sure did. What happened to you guys? If possible you should bring back the management you used to have because you're definitely losing customers with such a slow service and staff with attitudes.”
