Great Ribs. Best in the Area. Sorry Famous Dave and Uncle Bo, but Jones is the real deal. I can't wait to go back and try something else. The sauce has a great flavor, the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. Thanks for the grub!

Stopped for lunch with my daughter and the pulled pork was perfect!! Excellent portion size and delicious!! Way better and way cheaper than Dickey's or old Carolina!!

We visited yesterday at about 610, 20 minutes before closing. While I understand that can be frustrating, you have limited hours and close right when everyone is trying to get dinner. We ordered, and while waiting for our food even more people, also first timers, came in at about 5 minutes to close. They couldn’t prepare what one customer asked for because the flat top was off....which meant they couldn’t make at least half the menu. They could-they just wouldn’t turn it on. That tells customers, especially first time customers, that you care more about going home than providing them the great meal you advertise. We literally live 2 minutes down the toad and all of our food had to be heated up in the microwave, so it must have all been turned off for a while. Even Chinese food 20 minutes away arrives here hot. The food was good but I won’t be dying to return or highly recommending. You’re a new business, the last thing you want is turning off new customers. And a word of advice from a fellow business owner, closing time just means that’s when you allow the last customer to come in. You provide the same great service that you provided to the first customer of the day, to the last. Don’t “close” until your paying customers leave.

Wife and I have heard good reviews from friends about Jones Bones. Finally stopped in and had a late lunch, early dinner. Wife ordered the mac & que sandwich (grilled cheese add mac & cheese & pulled pork or bacon... she ordered the pork) came with a side, she paid additional to get her fresh cut fries loaded with bacon & cheese. She is particular about her bread getting soggy, so they accommodated that by heavily toasting both sides of the texas toast. Her sandwich was amazing! She gave me a couple bites and I agree! She said she would probably order the mac & que bowl next time, but after tasting the buttery, toasted texas toast that adds just a little crispness to it, she said nope, I will get this every time. I ordered the sampler, which comes with 2 bones, 4oz pulled pork, a side (I chose mac & cheese) & cole slaw. I overheard another customer ask if the ribs were fall off the bone or pull off the bones. The owner stated that they were pull off. I have to agree, that is exactly the way they are. Meat is tender for sure, but holds to the bone lightly. Personally I enjoy fall off the bone better, but I cannot complain. The pulled pork is amazing! Mac & cheese is very good. Wife ate the cole salw and said it was great also. My loaded fries were on point! I would have preferred the shredded cheese to be a little more melted on top, more for appearance, but the flavor is phenomenal. We will certainly be back to try other menu items, at least I will be (the wife finds something she enjoys and then rarely changes off that!) If you check out my pics, don't mind the pepper on the mac & cheese, I am a pepper freak!
