Golden Corral Buffet & Grill

Good variety of things to eat. I think they changed the seasoning on the fried chicken. Didn't taste the same kinda tasted like corn bread. Was salty did not enjoy it.

Staff friendly and attentive. If you couldn't find something good to eat, was your own fault- huge selection. Quick in and out if you're travelling.

Buffet always well stocked and cooked correctly. Meat station staff rocks. Always quick and nice with the cuts of beef. Waitresses are attentive and quick.
Lost a star for the ice cream machine. It is and has been nasty last 3 visits.Clean that thing.

Man this is gluttony at its best! See here's the thing with Golden Corral. It has a bad rap for being a trough for pigs. The truth is you are what you eat. You can make great and fresh salads here with quality ingredients. There are other items on the buffet as well that are healthy. For the price it is a cool place to eat I think. Sometimes I leave hating myself feeling like a pig and sometimes I eat right and feel good feeling like a rabbit. You are what you eat as I said.

The food here was good with a decent selection. For some reason, the Golden Corrals in Virginia and some of the states around it have much more to choose from and higher quality food as well. However, for this chain here in Ohio, it's as good as it gets. :/
We got there around 3:00 which was before the dinner prices kicked in, so it didn't break the bank either. The employees were very nice, but our server ( who had two things to remember : clear the empty dishes & refill drinks) forgot about us most of the time. Other than that, it was good.
I probably would've rated it 4 stars if I didn't feel like I wanted to die after I left. Buffets in general tend to make me feel this way.
Bottom line: if you're hungry - REALLY hungry- and you don't know what you want or can't come to an agreement with who you're with, it's a good place to eat!
