Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

my fiance and i stopped by for a quick milkshake and fry. the person at the drive thru was one of the sweetest people with the best customer service skills either of us have met in quite a while. according to the receipt, their name is jason. keep doing great! & thank you! 😊

Walked in and ordered right away. Took a while to get our food. Burger was burnt around the edges as was the veggie burger (it was black, and over $10) Food was ok. Went back up to order custard sundaes and stood there for over 10 min. Nobody acknowledged us or attempted to take our order. We ended up going to dairy queen. Disappointed is an understatement. I know they haven't been open that long, so i will give them another try. They had at least 6 employees behind the counter. Acknowledge your customers!!

The burger was low on the mid-tier list. Above McD’s and BK, slightly above Wendy’s and Swenson’s but way below Culver’s, Five Guys, etc.
The bun was the standout, I just wish that it was toasted. The patties were well seasoned and had nice crispy edges BUT the burger had a weird vegetable/canola oil taste was gross.

We loved it! The food was great. So was the custard. The service was phenomenal, especially for how busy they were. There was a worker that made our experience even better. Laura (hopefully that's how she spells it) was so friendly and helpful. My kids even mentioned how nice she was! Thank you for the great experience!
