Subway Restaurants

Had a problem but was handled very well. I was already gone, I did call. A gift card was sent as I could not return. Thank you, I am apologies that I was so upset but we did not have a functioning kitchen at the time. You did a very nice thing by sending the gift card.

They are expensive but so worth it. I get the meatballs sub. M-M-M GOOD

Service was relatively quick, but when we got home my wife saw that the buns we got were the oppisite of the ones we ordered and she did not see any mayo as she had requested. Bad thing was that it was not the first time. We live on the other side of town and did not want to go back to address the issue. Usually happy with the service, but the need to pay a little closer attention.

Love this subway and the ladies who work there! Always friendly and get through the line quickly when it gets busy. One of my favorite quick lunch spots close to downtown Lorain.

The ladies who work here are always friendly and helpful. This is a lunch goto and they do get busy. This Subway was truly missed when they were closed some time ago. The food is always fresh & made just the way I ordered. I enjoy this Subway!
