Barry Bagels Maumee

Good bagels. Nice choice of bagels, sandwiches, soups, salads, and sides. Homemade cookies are awesome. Service was great.

I gave 3 stars because of the following...I have only been in Toledo a cpl years and I've heard alot about your place. Good things. I finally had time to give it a try. I went in on a non-peak time. It was not lunch rush etc..and no one was behind me in line. As a first-timer I was overwhelmed at all the options (as I only thought it was bagels). I was greeted with a simple hello...but nothing more. I said "I have never been here I need to look a moment" I was not offered any information about the place nor was any conversation had with me. It seemed I was interrupting their cleaning time. I felt very unwelcome. So I opted for a bagel and a cup of mac-n-cheese and was given my change and pretty much ok bye was how it felt. Getting good food is one thing but for me having a good experience, feeling welcome and maybe a brief summary of what there was to offer would have helped. I will probably give it another chance some day but that's my reason for 3 stars.

Always have loved Barry Bagels and it was my first job about 15 yrs ago! Excellent soups, and everything is always very tasty. Some sandwiches need a little salt and pepper but overall everything there is delicious!

Great staff who is kind and friendly. Promptly greeted when I arrive and food is always fresh and delicious. Thanks for all you do! Keep up the good work!
