(May 29, 2019, 1:37 am)Good Food, Great Wait Staff. We met family at Max and Erma's and enjoyed good times together and overall good food. I was the only one of six who was not happy, my "Erma's Meatloaf" was over cooked and dry. Wait staff noticed I did not eat much of it and Comped me without even asking. On top of that, she heard we were celebrating my brother's 79th birthday and brought out a huge piece of chocolate cake on the house. Love this location as well as most of the Max and Erma locations we have previously visited.

(March 30, 2019, 4:01 pm)Our soup was not warm but it was corrected right away...microwaved and we were not given a clean spoon.
On the plus side the burgers were great...this is typical Max and Erma's. There are better places but there are worse. -

(March 18, 2019, 2:01 pm)The burgers truly are amazing! There were a couple little mistakes with our orders, but our server quickly fixed them and then sent us home with a box full of their delicious cookies. The kids love the food, and of course the ice cream bar!
