Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill

There was not a very long wait to get a seat. The waitress was attentive and came by frequently to check on us. The food came out quickly and was very good. The ribs had a lot of meat and were very tender. The baked potato was also cooked perfectly. The prices were also reasonable. It is easy to get to and see from the road.

The whole time we were there the coffee machine was being cleaned. And even before we ordered the wait staff told us that they were out of brisket. One of the wait staff brought us this big sampler, sat it in front of us and then said, "Oh, you did not order this, did you?" And quickly took it to another table of guests. We didn't order any appetizers. So our food arrived quickly.

Looks like the usual trendy burger and steakhouse bar; it isn't. Small but varied sandwich and entree menu, salads and soups. Friendly, efficient staff; comfortable setting.
