A little slow but food is

Fresh and hot food. Just a little bit of a wait but didn't mind because the food was so hot and delicious!

In the last 3 months, I've ordered from this place about 10 times and my mother about 6. This is what we've observed.

+ Reasonably priced food.
+ Big portion sizes. They give you a lot.
+ When you ask for it, then give you lots of sauce.
+ Coupons in every meal bag they give you.
+ Seemed pretty clean in the resturaunt.
+ Seemed to have good customer service. They were pleasant even when faced with rude customers
- Understaffed. They have 2-3 workers there only every day, expect of Fridays (their busiest day)
- They forgot my coleslaw three times and they forgot my sweet corn two times (Though one of those times they gave me an extra peice of fish instead.)
- Due to their understaffed issues, orders seem to take quite long. a 20 minute wait on a not so busy day was common.
- An altercation revealed they don't rechange the fryer often. The manager(?) got on one of the workers in the kitchen, saying they were scraping the bottom just to get batter".
- I ordered fries once and the person taking my order said they didn't have any. 15 minutes later, a guy walks up and ask for fries with no issue.
- Really greasy.

So...there. I hope this helps anyone decide if they want to be there or not! Some visits may be better than others but this is my synthesis review of the visits.

I got the fish and shrimp. I went through the drive-thru and got food pretty quickly. The shrimp tasted extremely good but unfortunately the fish...not so much. It tasted bland along with the fries. If you eat here Id recommend only getting the shrimp.
