Smokey's BBQ Roadhouse

I was very impressed with the flavor of the ribs and the housemade barbecue sauce. The fries were excellent and I loved the beans too. This place is a real hidden gem. I loved going to the Toledo "Rib Off" when I lived in Toledo many years ago, and when I recently returned I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in the door and saw they won first place for best local ribs in their first appearance at the Rib Off in 2018. I knew exactly what I wanted and wasn't disappointed!

The cook here...deserves any raise given! Food is awesome, I ordered the pulled chicken sub sandwich, (melt in your mouth chicken), my daughter ordered 1/2 chicken meal, and my boyfriend had the brisket sandwich. Super awesome food!!

This restaurant was very yummy. We had the slow roasted brisket and pigtails ( homemade macaroni and cheese). The brisket literally melted in your mouth. The pigtails were amazing. The owner came to our table and greeted us and told us about the way they cook their food. The restaurant is very homey. They only have televisions at the bar which is nice since you are wanting to enjoy your meal with your family. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
