    My husband and I love the restaurant for it's ambiance and food , service is always timely but not so quick that you feel rushed. In the dining room the waiters / waitresses are always friendly/pleasant but when we sit at the bar the bartenders seem angry. Service is still timely but you get the feeling the bartender is very unhappy with his choice of employment and that takes away from the dining experience. Employees should remember they are being paid to do a job and they can at least pretend to enjoy it . Next time we'll be hesitant to choose Ciao but will go where we feel a little more welcome.

    One of my preferred spots for tasty italian food. Entered near nine, it wasn't busy. Quick, helpful, and friendly service. Prices are reasonable.

    The atmosphere is always so relaxing, perfect for a romantic dinner. The food is always perfect and the staff are amazing. We tried the tiramisu tonight for the first time along with a cup of coffee and it was the perfect pair! Absolutely love this place!

    Had one of their specials for restaurant week. It was good. My wife loved hers. Very good service, convenient location and nice wine list.
