Shorty's True American Roadhouse

Liked the short ribs. Large chopped salad is big enough for two to share. Cornbread had the sweetness and texture of cake, which I did not like. Service was good. Worth the visit.

Probably the best ribs ever! The sides are really good too! My friend said the pulled pork is incredible. Great staff and a nice restaurant! Highly recommended!

Outstanding from beginning to end. In town for a trip, talked to some locals and they recommended this place. Probably one of the best burgers I've ever had. Soup was excellent, as was the cornbread and cocktails. Please, please don't change a thing. We ate here 3 days in a row, it was that good. Excellent waitstaff too, A+++++

My husband and I were driving from our home in Indiana to Pittsburgh and we were hungry. We called Shorty’’s in the car to order take out but we were running behind and told the girl on the phone we would arrive about 15 min after closing. She said that would be fine and they would wait for us. We got there and we were famished and asked them if we could eat there and they said that would be fine. The staff here is so nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend Shorty’s. And yes... the food was amazing!! And my husband and I truly closed the place down! Thank you Shorty’s!!!

Very good! Our waitress was very friendly and checked on us multiple times. The corn bread was amazing as it is more of a western style corn bread vs. a southern style. I really liked the ribs and brisket.
