Start with the good. The view is awesome!From our table we could see all of downtown riverfront and the Hi-level bridge. We got great service from our server and the food was tasty. I appreciate they have vegetarian options, but the menu is pretty limited. We were there for lunch and even though there were only 5 tables of customers, they seated us right on top of each other. The music was terrible. One song country then heavy death metal and all of the TVs were playing sports.... really? We were confused. $40 for two burgers and 2 iced teas is a little pricey for lunch in the Toledo market. We'll be back during an evening performance and see if it was just an off lunch. Completely amazing! My partner and I first heard about this place on Undercover Boss months ago. Waited patiently for the Toledo Ohio location to open. We drove an hour and a half to check it out. We were not disappointed! The food was amazing. One of the best burgers I've ever had. One downfall at first was we didn't know that you had to make a reservation to sit at a table for the drag show. But it worked out. The bartender who took care of us was amazing! The performers were great! We will be back again... And again... And again!

Very Awesome establishment! Great food, great views, and great entertainment! Had planned on visiting Hamburger Mary's some years back when in Chicago but never ended up going. I was thrilled to hear they were coming to Toledo and they did not disappoint! I will definitely be returning for dinner and drinks in the future

I gave this place four stars because the experience started out less than par, but the management and waiter stepped up make the experience much better. We had a 5:30 reservation and were seating promptly. No server came to our table in the 30 minutes we waited, despite the place not being busy and several servers were available but just walked past our table. We stood up ready to leave and pointed out to the managers what had happened before leaving to make sure it wouldn't happen to any other diners. The managers insisted on making things right so we gave them a chance and sat back down. The manager came over soon after to explain that a waiter had taken another waiters shift and it wasn't properly marked on their table list. Our waiter Tyler came right over to take our orders and was enthusiastic and personable. Our drinks came out promptly, and I was pleasantly surprised that the food was much better than I had expected (I had low expectations since it's more of a place you go for entertainment than just food), although I'd suggest to the owners that they use larger chicken patties that cover more of the bread (mine only covered half) but the flavor was excellent. The restaurant was quick to fix mistakes and the food tastes good. We finished our meal too early to stay for the entertainment.

I went here last night for the first time and it was amazing there were a couple things but I feel that they can get better on but it was only day three of their opening and I did get to speak with the manager and the things that I suggested she was already working on is the good family-friendly restaurant and the drag queens here are amazing it is kind of cool because none of them are employed by Hamburger Mary's they are all talent that has come in willingly
