Los Agaves Mexican Restaurant

I've been a fan of Los Agaves food truck for sometimes Especially the Barria pizza and carnitas tacos. Excited to try thier new actual restaurant. The menu is large with something for everyone, even a picky eater will find something. I chose two items. The ceviche tostada, which was a perfect starter for me although it's listed as an entree. Very flavorful, with a hint of heat along with the citrus. Would order this again . I would suggest a larger offering in a bowl it would go great with the complimentary chips they bring to the table. My main dish was the ribs eye burrito. This came smothered in creamy queso,with guacamole, pico,and pickled onions on the side. The plentiful steak in the burrito was tender,juicy,with just the right char.The guacamole added to the awesome flavor. It wad big enough to fill me up halfway through but I persevered and finished it. My daughter enjoyed her dish as well but I can't recall what chicken selection it was. I'll be back again for sure to try more. It's close to home and reasonably priced. Service was excellent. This place is going to gave to expand once Toledo gets wind of how great the food is.

What can I say about this new Mexican restaurant, 1st the moment we walked in we were greeted with smiles and seated promptly.
2nd we got seated and within 30 seconds our waiter was at the table getting our drink order and 30 seconds later was on our table .
Edgar was our waiter and he was awesome and very attentive and courteous.
The food was amazing, I got the chicken fajita dinner and the chicken had the most perfect char and was tender .

Hands down one of the best in Toledo, will be back to try more of the menu , I think I've found my new favorite Mexican restaurant.

10/10 First of all I, like many others have driven by this Los Agaves thinking "oh man i need to try that place". Well today i finally stopped in and i'm so blessed I did. From their social media i thought it would be an order at a counter and take out but it's a full service sit down restaurant with a bar. The menu is gigantic and I'm not good making a decision with a ton of options so i just skipped to the lunch menu. My goto at mexican restaurants is typically chimichanga but i wanted something more authentic and outside my set ways so i "settled" on the Enchrladas Pablanas cause the description said molé so i had to have it. I had to let the camera eat first but omg once i had my first bite i kept saying to myself "you can't be bl&&ping serious". It was so fraking good i heard Keith Lee say "i'm show you're right". The second bite i added some sour cream and lettuce to my bite and get outta here it was incredible. I had one of the best lunches i've ever had for $10.05 ($15.05 w tip) fresh made chips and salas too! Get outta here. The molé was IMO a fusion of japanese teriyaki and mexican molé a little sweet and savory. spectacular job chef!

It’s our first time my mom and I were very impressed the queso trio was amazing really good quality I take my queso serious 🤣 I highly recommend the spinach was amazing nice touch !! Our waitress was extremely kind the pineapple fajitas were great I’ve had them other places I really loved the way they spiced it it’s a good price I’m definitely going back to try something else ❤️

Carnitas were very dry.
The waiter was rude. It wasn't a very good experience, and I was pretty upset about it because I get the fajitas to go sometimes and they've always been pretty good.
