(July 8, 2020, 1:02 pm)Starbucks in Austintown on 46 is the best. I visit A LOT ?. They consistently make good drinks and are super friendly. And the consistency is huge because so many times I can go to another one and it varies from barista to barista.

(May 4, 2020, 5:23 pm)I understand that you guys are extremely busy. Especially the drive thru at this time. If you hand them back your drink to be corrected you also get the perks of an attitude and an eye roll. The woman prob shouldn’t be working at a drive thru window giving her best customer service 10 am on a Sunday. I spend a lot of money at Starbucks everyday for my drink to be messed up and bad customer service. Most of the employees here at this location are friendly tho.
