Pizza Hut

When I'm writing a review of a major chain like this I'm never sure how to base my review. Am I judging Pizza Hut, or THIS Pizza Hut?

I'm going 5 stars on this one. Pizza Hut overall is a 4 for me, but I had the best experience with this location. I'm traveling from out of town and staying in a hotel. Not sure about a lot of you, but I've had my share of horrible hotel pizza experiences. I think most joints know you're not repeat business so what's it matter, right?

Started with the phone call and the friendliest woman ever making order suggestions, alerting me that they deliver beer (would NEVER happen in my home state) and making sure they knew where my room was in the hotel.

The food was delivered in about 25 minutes, piping hot, fresh and good. The driver even brought us paper plates and napkins (standard or cuz they knew I was in a hotel, either way it's awesome).

I love Pizza Hut pizza in general and this location was a great travel experience.

Food was good, service was Ok nothing to write home about. Was freezing to death inside had air on it was so,cold that our food became cold within win. Asked if they could turn the air or blowers down some. The manager said he would check,on,it but nothing happened.

Good wish the food was hotter. Came in on a Friday night for the buffet once again it was like warm pizza. However they did put a hot cheese one and as we were getting ready to leave hot pasta. Once again I was disappointed.
