Always friendly service. Had the meaty pizza a bit too salty. It was good thou. It may had been i had not been feeling well for the ast few days

The pepperoni rolls and boneless chicken wings are a definite favorite. We love the garlic parmesan and the hot garlic flavors! The salads are always fresh and delicious and for the price even a small is well worth the money, it's rather big! We always get the mozzarella sticks as an appetizer and they are always hot and gooey and perfect! We have however learned that if we want to really enjoy our food we need to order it as takeout and eat it at home. Otherwise we spend more time swatting at gnats than we do actually eating, which is unfortunate because it really is a nice restaurant with good service and a really comfortable, inviting atmosphere. Hopefully they solve the problem soon!

Good food but strange service. May have just been the server we had but was oddly dropping into our conversations at times that didn't really seem like the appropriate time. Other than that the food was delicious.

First, I want to make one thing abundantly clear - if I based my ratings solely on the quality of food, this would easily be a 5-star establishment. That said, the service is consistently poor to middling. I've ordered takeout several times, and each time I've had to ask for a total before hanging up the phone; it's as though they aren't actually putting the order in while on the call. Also of note, my takeout orders have never been ready at the specified time. Whenever I've arrived on-time to pickup, I've ended up waiting an extra 5-10 minutes at minimum.
I assumed that dine-in service would be better, but suffice to say I tried it once and probably won't repeat the experience. Nobody on staff was rude by any stretch, just highly inattentive; my party and I had all poured over the sizeable menu and made our meal selections before our waitress first appeared to take drink orders. We didn't see her again until our food came out, and then not again after that until she brought the bill... well after we'd all finished eating (had the restaurant been busy at the time I probably would have thought nothing of this, but it wasn't exactly a capacity crowd).
Having said all of that, I want to reiterate my initial point - the food is outstanding. It's the reason this establishment wasn't a one-and-done for me. If you can deal with disorganized/inattentive service and staff and set your expectations appropriately, The Falcon Grill is very much worth your time. If, however, you're the sort of person that expects to have your every whim catered to when dining out - maybe this isn't the joint for you.
