Blue Wolf Tavern

Well, what a wonderful experience! We had a young waitress named Angel and what a great name for a perfect waitress. The food was served in a timely fashion and was extremely good. It's a place that I go to whenever I want a good meal and clean, excellent atmosphere!

The waitress did a fantastic job. I had the Hatfield porkchop, and was going to have it cooked medium well. She recommended it medium because it would be more tender. She was absolutely correct. It's one of the best pork chops I've ever had. The only problem was my wife's burger was a little to black on the outside. She said it was good otherwise.

Yeah it's okay. Service is great food not so much. Edible but nothing to say hey that meal was fantastic. Interior is kind of rustic lodge. Several seating areas. Clean bathrooms.

The Thai salmon was perfectly cooked and delectable! Our servers were pleasant and efficient. Great ambiance and attention to detail. The reason not 5 stars is this. The plates the salads were served upon were cold, grey, metal. Felt like either a cafeteria or the mess hall in the military. Salad was a bunch of cold bitter iceburg.
Fast food restaurants have better salads, and that's not saying much. Hope the owners rethink the salad plates to match the uniqueness and creativity blue wolf stands for.

The service was outstanding! We were seated immediately Our waitress was training a new waiter and she was exceptionally good. Very attentive and pleasant. The food was good. We both had chicken and greens. Our food came out very quickly. The greens were very good but the blackened chicken needed more seasoning. It was bland. It was VERY tender and moist, it just needed more blackened seasoning. They're hot peppers and bread is phenomenal!!
