Five Guys

a notch above regular fast food in the area. not cheap but worth the $8+. everything from the fries to the burger is greasy so if that's not your style, pass on it.

Ordered 3 burgers, and 2 were made wrong. One had lettuce, which wasn't ordered. The other didn't have grilled mushrooms or grilled onions, which I had ordered. The slip taped to the bag had the correct order on it. The people making the burgers just didn't pay attention. ????????

My wife and I are on a Low-Carb diet at the moment so normally I wouldn't think of dining at Five Guys since they serve fries by the metric ton. Last night, however, we were craving burgers and decided to see if Five Guys could do anything that worked for our diet.

Let me tell you, they were more than prepared for the task.

We immediately noticed that all of their burgers can be made without the bun and we were also informed that it could be wrapped in lettuce for us if we wanted to eat it like a normal burger.

We decided to try it. Wrapped in lettuce was an understatement, by the by. It was mummified in lettuce. It was a small planet of lettuce with and extremely decadent bacon cheeseburger core. The lettuce was incredibly fresh, too, even under the heat of the burger patties it didn't wilt much and had a satisfying crunch throughout the entire meal.

I was entirely sated by this lettuce laden monster of a burger and, true to Five Guys form, I felt like I needed a nap almost immediately upon finishing. My only regret is that I didn't have some salad dressing on hand for the leftover lettuce.

I believe I have found my staple for Fast Food while I am on this diet. As much as I miss the fries that Cronchburger is too good to go without.

Five guys is always a restaurant that I love going to. My girlfriend and I frequent here. The burgers and fries are always excellent and cooked fresh, and the employees are always very kind. I love how they always give you a good amount of extra fries dependent upon what size of fries you ordered. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves a good burger and fries joint!

When we 1st pulled in, I immediately thought we had made a bad decision. The restaurant looked super dismal and empty. There were also no booths, only tables and chairs. I am really glad we went in anyways. The food was absolutely delicious and it was one of the best burgers I have had. The Cajun fries are little spicy and the regular fries are good, but a medium fry really will serve two people. I was not impressed with the attitudes of the ladies working behind the counter. They seemed bored and tired of working. The prices are a little high, but the quality is there. The only recommendation I would have, is to be able to access all of the condiments. We had to ask for more Mayo or mustard. The only ones available were catch up and vinegar. I don't understand why I couldn't find a salt shaker!! (Especially for fresh cut fries!) I will recommend this place or go back in the future.
