Steak 'n Shake

Our server was April, she was a sweet girl. She was very helpful! She gave pointers after we were indecisive on what we might like and was dead on. She was very patient with our child, great employee. The food was great for the price, Zero complaints. Also great milkshakes, I tried the Reese's peanut butter cup one. Will be returning!

Food is usually hot, and good. Have had a few problems, but they were resolved quickly. Overall an affordable place to feed my family. Especially on the weekends when kids eat free. They also have happy hour when i can get my favorite banana chocolate shake 1/2 off.

Normally Steak n Shake has good food and reasonable prices, this today was an exception to the rule. French fries accompanied the salt and the hot dog accompanied the mustard. Both salt and mustard were put on so thick you couldn't taste the hot dog or the french fries. Overall, I still support Steak n Shake but ease up on the condiments.

First time visiting. The food was excellent, staff was very polite. Did take awhile to get our food but in their defense they were pretty busy. I ordered a chicken salad, which was good but seemed to have more cheese and chicken than lettuce, 3 kids meals and my husband got a burger. Everything was hot and fresh when we got it. We will definitely be going back, especially since kids eat free on the weekends.( when you order an adult meal for $9)
