Chick-fil-A Boardman

Allie is an absolute sweetheart! She is so polite every time I come through. While the food may take a few minutes, it has always been fresh and well prepared! Not a single complaint🙂

My birthday girl decided last minute to change her mind and requested chick fil a nuggets and mac and cheese. This location was SO kind to take a small catering order ON A SAT TWO HOURS BEFORE my guests were arriving. When I arrived they were so busy. Their staff running around to accommodate never skips a “hello”, “welcome” and ensures when third party delivery walks in they to are greeted and attended to. This GM and leadership obviously have their stuff together. Because their staff is kind, as speedy as possible and look like they are happy to be helping.

We had an issue with a gift/discount card, but they were very accommodating. The staff honored the full value of the card, even though it did not ring up accordingly. They were friendly and the food was delicious, very consistent with most other Chick-fil-As. We will be back!

Always a great stop on Black Friday! And their cookies are just absurdly good!

Great place .... went for some chicken minis (one of my all time fav food items ever ) and we were pleasantly surprized ...while we were sitting in the drive thru ... a worker came out and gave our two sons a cool little plush cow toy ...and were very nice to us . The owner was also there and outside talking to people ... deff a very friendly wonderfull staff . And this is a much better location
