    It's a little slice of the Caribbean in little Campbell Ohio. There's music and dancing on the weekends but I like the food mostly. An array of traditional Puerto Rican foods is available and pretty good. The place isn't pretty, you'd think they'd play up the island motif but it's just a brick building. But it still is a cultural oasis in a desert. Go check it out

    Papa is like grandpa’s place with a kick. Great food and entertainment, plus a calm environment. This NYer enjoys eating here without the crowded streets. I recommend wholeheartedly.
