Dunkin'

Sundays on the way to church (running behind ussually) I stop to get a donut for each child. The drive through is fast and friendly.

I started working at this location about two weeks ago. The staff is very friendly and always happy to help me learn more tasks for the job. The general manager, Makenzie, is also very understanding and good with handling guest relations. This location is understaffed as of the time I write this review; making it difficult for the experienced staff to be everywhere at once. Honestly, I enjoy working there; the customers are friendly, the staff is very helpful and the service is sometimes slow when packed due to being understaffed. The store is kept extremely clean (I should know because I contribute to the cleaning). All in all, I believe in this little Dunkin' to do better in the future.

Some staff is the friendly and most amazing staff and some are so bad one day I was given my "coffee" without the coffee and just the milk lmfao and I literally showed them after working a 12 the next day. I'm not sure why they dont make more chocolate frosted with sprinkles if they always run out? Some of u are so awesome I wish I had ur names to brag about u here but I dont I'm sorry

I think they were having a bad day cuz my ice coffee is usually amazing. I had a long wait at the window and listen to them gossip about a fellow employee. My coffee looked like milk. I am not giving up. Will be back
