The Original Steaks and Hoagies - Brunswick

The food is delicious and the pricing is fair. But they need to prepare the food faster or more efficiently. It took 15 minutes to prepare the same cheesesteak they can get to me in less than 5 at Charley's. The woman on the frill was cooking one order at a time on the flat top during the lunch hour. Need to get multiple orders on there.

Friendly staff, quick service. The cheesesteak was delicious and hot. Got the pizza tots and loaded tots. Both yummy. Love the sauce for the loaded tots. Clean inside. Will definitely be back.

Hi, so this is our first time here and service was very quick and the folks are very nice. The food is really good. It does have a little bit of a spice to the on the original but it’s cherry pepper relish so we really enjoyed it and definitely gonna be coming back again Soon !

Ordered from their website. Just FYI - site goes through a host called Toast which then goes to Door Dash. Food was good - complaint here is that there were 3 sets of tots in 2 flavors. None were marked as to what flavor they were. There were 3 hoagies, none were marked as to what was on them & they basically looked the same so I guess you guess which is which. The sandwiches' were good. Probably would have been better had I got to eat them hot instead of fixing the order errors, tots too. They all had plenty of meat on them. Hard to tell which had what cheese & condiments. Based on the food we would try it again - but only do pickup. Webpage was difficult to navigate. You cannot scroll to customize your sandwich. Luckily I was using a touch screen. When food arrived the drinks we ordered were missing. The delivery driver was no help, didn't speak enough English to understand the issue and literally just turned and left (at this point I did not know it was Door Dash.) I called the restaurant. They were no help was told we could pick up the beverages or ask that they be redelivered. The Toast platform is worthless - could not log back in. After 17 minutes they told me they could only help the store and not the customer and literally hung up on me. I called door dash and sat on hold with them for almost 20 minutes to fix the issue. Door Dash then tells me I need to contact the restaurant because the payment did not go through Door Dash (that is where I started!) Door Dash then contacted the restaurant. Hoping it all gets resolved. I know they are newly opened - but if the business is going to go through a service like Toast/Door Dash they should know how issues get resolved instead of wasting almost 40 minutes of a customers time. We went and picked up our drinks. Glad I paid that delivery fee!
