Skoops Ice Cream

I grew up in the Portage Lakes area with quite a few good ice cream stands nearby. Since my husband and I moved to the Wadsworth/Seville area, I’ve felt like we were in an ice cream drought! We used to drive to Barberton for good ice cream and now it’s right down the road! Skoops ice cream never disappoints and staff is always so friendly. 🩵 These guys know their stuff!

My family loves Skoops! We visit the barberton location regularly, and now we have another location to visit also! Everything on the menu is fantastic. Plenty of dairy-free options too! The service is always incredible! Fast, efficient and friendly. Just an all around great local, community oriented business.

Skoops has been one of my go to ice cream places the past couple years. Barberton used to not have big lines, then people learned of their awesomeness and the lines can get crazy. It doesn't matter. Their expertly trained staff will handle the line is no time. This Skoops in Seville just had their opening day yesterday. Everything was as you would expect from the Barberton store. They will progressively get faster as the newer staff mixed in with the veterans become a well oiled machine. I had no problems yesterday though. Please be patient as they get going in this new store and give them a try if you never have. You won't be disappointed. My recommendations are coney dogs or Barberton dogs for food. Ice cream, pick your favorite or get creative. They always have a special flavor custard. Use that in a sundae or add your favorite toppings and make new creations.

We have loved the Barberton location for a few years now, so knew we had to support the new location. We are always taking new people with us because everyone needs to try the amazing ice creams made from scratch in house

We are so excited that David and Terry of Skoops decided to expand into Seville! We love them in Barberton and are so excited for their success 🙌. Living in Wadsworth, we now have two locations to choose from depending on which direction the wind takes us. While they are known for their custard, you've got to try their warm treats too, like the Coney Dog and Nachos. Skoops gets 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 from us!
