Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies

I like the smoothies a lot when they're done right. Unfortunately, on several occasions, I've wasted $20 on two smoothies that lacked attention to detail and resulted in poorly made smoothies. My confidence is certainly faltering.

EDIT: The owner contacted me directly and committed to improving the quality of the product. He included two free smoothies and, I must say, the smoothies I got last night were absolutely perfect!

Love to eat here, just wish they opened before I have to go to work, then I would eat it 5 days a week!

Delicious, my friend talked me into trying and I am so glad. They have something for everyone, from Keto friendly options to vegan and power smoothies.

Wow! I came in for the first time last night and I was beyond impressed. I don’t know where the owner found young adults that are actually polite and know what good customer service is, but they did!! The girls went out of their way to make sure I was happy, and then talked to me about the menu.. even though I came in at ten till close. The options are awesome, plenty that are not loaded down with sherbet and other garbage. The establishment is spotless and very aesthetically pleasing. I don’t know why it took me so long to get here but I’m already on my way back this morning!

Hired staff is always kind, smoothies and bowls are delicious and can be made dairy free. Called in my order today as I was on the way. Sat in my car for a few minutes then walked in. The owner was filming a commercial. He did well, it sounded good. After waiting for 3 minutes or so for them to wrap, I was asked if I could be helped. Informed of my order which they said had been paused and left in the blender so they could do the commercial thing. Cool I guess. I paid. They had made stuff for the commercial which obviously was able to be finished beforehand and not paused but hey... guy is probably new at doing business and keeping it. The two people filming the commercial were offered something that had been made for the shoot on the house (obviously) but nothing to the two customers waiting inside being good sports. My smoothie was good, I'd have rated higher but there is some room for improvement on the customer service end. Better to pander to your existing customers than to your hopeful new ones.
