“This is a review about my experience with your website. The food and service has always been good for us! Tonight you lost an order because the wings coupon (these are all in the Town Money Saver) was for online only. The 2 topping XL pizza was not on the list online at all but I was just going to order a different pizza. Finally had my items in the cart and then proceeded to checkout. It kept saying invalid email address (it wasn't). After 3 attempts, I went to Romeo's website which has a guest checkout and is very easy to navigate. Food gets 4 stars, website 0!!!”

“My first time here and it is great. I met a colleague for lunch. The menu is easy to navigate and there are a nice selection of food options. The service was very attentive and fun as well. I chose fajitas and my colleague chose the fajita burrito. She said hers was excellent as was mine. The protein was well cooked with good flavor and the vegetables we're nicely grilled, still crunchy. I did not try any of the cocktails but after speaking with the owner about my experience he gave me a preview and I will be looking forward to coming back soon. If you like Mexican, this is a fantastic option located just a few minutes off the highway. Enjoy”

I ordered over the phone today & kind of had a complicated order, during my order she interrupted me to answer another call (understandable to put them on hold) but she proceeded to ask them what they wanted then put them on hold. After placing my full order she didn't read it back to me as she was just rushing to the person on hold so I started to say it again to be sure she understood everything, she cut me off & said "Okay! I got it I've got someone else on the other line bye!". Definitely could use some phone etiquette training as I was pretty thrown off & thought that was really rude. She did apologize when I arrived & said they're a little busy tonight..I did appreciate that. I also took a bite out of my pork fried rice & nearly chipped a tooth on a piece of cartilage..that's never happened before :/”

“This place is awesome. It's meat and liquid cheese on bread. When they asked us in kindergarten what our favorite food was, other kids would shout "pizza!" or "spaghetti!" but my answer was always liquid cheese. I've been to Philly and had all the famous places, and I actually don't think it's exactly the same. That's not a bad thing, though. They do other cool stuff like put it in bowls, etc. Staff is good, food is great. It's always busy (for good reason). The best thing is the wizzy tots. Get them. Now.”

“Prices are pretty steep in my opinion, the rustic Italian is what I always order. Not a fan of their pizza. If the prices weren’t so expensive I would definitely order more often. Friendly delivery driver that brought me my food and a kind person who answered the phone when I called originally! But like I said, prices are pretty steep. 12 inch Italian sub, a bag of chips (they are house made, very good) that come with it and a 20 oz Pepsi delivered was 15 dollars and some change. And of course have to tip the driver. So 20 bucks for one person meal delivered is definitely more money then I like paying. Sub is very good though. So only complaint is price and the pizza that I’ve had from there before. Subs are good to go though if you don’t mind paying a arm and a leg.”

“In my opinion, Michelle makes the absolute best breakfast in all of Medina County! Carmen and I absolutely love Michelle's breakfast! Fabulous fresh coffee! Try this breakfast... Two eggs, two pieces of your choice of breakfast meat and I have to tell you that the sausage patties are Beyond good, two pieces of buttered toast of your choice, and the absolute best fresh home fries right out of the frying pan! And you get all of that for $5.25! Our waitress was so sweet and courteous and attentive that she never let our coffee get even to a half a cup before she was there with fresh. Trust me... Whatever Michelle lacks in the way of trying to hurry your meal... She way more than makes up for it in the quality of what'd she serves. Amazingly quaint, quiet and cozy little restaurant that would make any Hometown proud. When I have guests in town guess where we're taking them! Okay then just to be real and not too over-the-top I have one small criticism for you Michelle. please put little cushions cloth on your wooden, bench seats other wise your butt could freeze. everyone please try Michelle's and tell them Ken and Carmen sent you.”

“Wonderful place! They have a great selection of appetizers, salads, entrees, desserts, and a good array of vegetarian options. Most everything is made on site: they bake their own bread, source locally, and everything is fresh, not frozen. “Met here for a business lunch. Great food and if you please a really nice selection of local and national beers on tap. The specialty here is burgers and sandwiches and they are top notch. I order medium rare and it was just right. My associate ordered a salad and it was also a great portion with quality greens and ingredients. Stop in for lunch or dinner, or both, and enjoy a great walk around the square to burn off those calories as you stop in and out if the number of stores.”
