“I frequently eat at Bunker's Grill. Fish fry is great, their Mother's Day Buffet is really nice and I love their french dip sandwich! But wanted to be sure to mention the event center. Our chamber of commerce just had our annual dinner there. The service was great and the food was delicious. They really bent over backwards to make the space look elegant and made sure we had everything set up for our PowerPoint presentations. They really thought of every detail! “Went with a group on a Saturday. No wait, fast attentive service. Good coffee, perfect over-easy eggs. Others ordered the French toast and raved. You get a lot of food for the money. “Wish they read and responded to their Google reviews. The food was fine. I was really put off by how the employees are treated. It certainly wasn't the worst I've ever seen, but it still make me uncomfortable. As the cashier tried to take my order, someone kept yelling at her from the back. She had no choice but to stop mid-order, apologize, and retreat to the back. I was left up there alone mid-order for a minute while I overheard her being scolded. Then someone else emerged from the back and was yelled at to "go take that lady's order." The new cashier was also friendly despite my being frazzled and forgetting half my order by the time he got to the register. My order of course came out incorrectly from the back, and the cashier handled it appropriately. Whoever this older woman in the back is barking at people should not only treat (who I assume to be) her employees better, but take note that customers can hear everything going on in the back from the register.”

“Well I had no idea this place had new ownership because it’s been a couple of years since I was there last. Anyhow right off the bat I noticed how much cleaner it was and the decor is beautiful. The place was quite busy because it was a Friday night. The menu however is very limited which was my only chief complaint. Our server whose name was Savannah was extremely pleasant and kept apologizing for how long our food was taking. She is a winner when it comes to being a great customer service spokesperson for this restaurant. Always had a smile on her face. The reason I stress this is because to many times I have frequented different restaurants and the servers fall short of knowing their true position within a restaurant. Anyhow I only ordered a burger and fries. It was very good. I truly hope they come up with a larger menu because we intend on going back again. Thumbs up to the new owners. The place looks great.”

Sure, they have the basics, but they also have many dishes that you may not find elsewhere. And if you're a fan of salsas, theirs is pretty great. The prices are great for the quality of food you get. Ranges from about 10.00 to 15.00. you won't be disappointed coming here. i feel all local business should be recognized and the word should be spread. So many bigger businesses push over smaller places and sometimes the smaller ones have better quality and service. The owner of this place is a veteran and dedicated in providing the best customer service he can in cooking and preparing freshly made food. You can talk to him and feel a sense that you won't be disappointed and know he is a great person. I hope you try this place out and help keep it going as it is a great place to try in Brunswick.”
