China Buffet

Chinese buffet with a wide selection of choices and attentive, courteous service.

I want to give this place a 3.5 star rating. Been here twice, once in the evening and once at lunchtime. The lunchtime buffet is worlds better than the evening buffet. At lunch everything is fresh and the kitchen's work well to keep everything hot and stocked. Unfortunately for the evening buffet, the establishment is already looking forward to closing time. The selection wasn't as great. Instead of being fresh and crispy, fried things were greasy. And one of the stir-fries I had was lukewarm.

Long story short, for the best fare China Buffet can offer go during the prime lunchtime hours.

Still my favorite dine in place in Celina. However I miss the crab meat filled shells, the new small, fried seafood ones are not that great. The crab rangoon is basically just cream cheese now days and upsets my stomach a bit. The egg rolls have progressively gotten worse and weirder in taste. Like I said, still my favorite dine in place and it seems the menu is ever evolving currently.

Great selection. However it doesn’t deviate too much it’s always the same choices. So even though they have a lot of choices after several visits it gets kinda monotonous. Having said that I would still recommend this yummy Chinese buffet ????
