Lake Rat Brewing

We stopped in for beers and a late lunch, and neither disappointed. I had the Klaberheads Octoberfest (good) and the Hop Palette (very good). M. had Pickin’ Berries, which he really liked. Food was excellent and the owner spent time talking with us and telling us about the area and the space (which is very cool and HUGE). Glad we stopped and will stop again when we are in the area.

Came here as an after thought and it was my favorite stop. Beers were great, and they even have Bud Light for the less informed, to wean them off that stuff. Brisket was excellent. Have to make an excuse to come back.

Extremely flavored brews! Had the Brew Juice and was very pleased with it. I was looking for something not very happy.
FYI... You enter through Brew Nation! Inside Brew Nation you will find everything Lake Rat Brewing in tap. Plus coffee, food, etc as well.
Great place to stop while visiting the area.

Stopped in while traveling. Great space with good beers. Loved the sours and I typically don’t. I recommend the Reckless Rainbow, a sour IPA. Vance, one of the brewers, took time to show us the brewery and sample some beers. He was super engaging and we will return next time we are in the area! We left with some swag and would recommend for sure. Cheers!

We stopped here on a Thursday for a beer before throwing discs. We we're pleasantly surprised by the tasty beers and eclectic collections of businesses in one building (coffee shop, baked goods, fresh handmade pizzas, smoked meats (OMG), and good beers. Vance gave us an improptu tour and tastings. Great hospitality, friendly folks all around. We will be back for some brisket and beers later!
