Panera Bread

Dear Panera,

I used to go here on a regular basis in the past and LOVED the food and friendly staff. However, I haven't been there in a while and just went back there today to notice that some things have changed. I'm not sure if it's new management that is trying to cut costs by skimping out on the food or if they just hired new staff in the soup/salad area that need to be retrained. I had to have my salad remade THREE times before it looked like a normal salad. I got the Asian sesame chicken salad and the only thing that was on the salad was romaine lettus, ONE piece of chicken, and 2 wontons with the dressing. I was shocked! After the salad girl made my salad 2 times and I was still disappointed, another girl nicely remade my salad and made it look like an overpriced salad should. Aside from the salad, my broccoli cheese soup was VERY watery. In the past it was creamy and good. Please look into making changes to make Panera good again please.

Friendly staff! The manager went out of his way to ask our table how the food was and offered to take our trays! Awesome food and staff highly impressed. Will be returning.

I love Panera, especially this location! The food is great, and I’ve never had to wait long, even when it’s busy. The manager I met is awesome too! He took time to make sure my food was good and was super friendly.

Always fast and attentive, friendly staff, great food. Would highly recommend this location.
