Love this place. Food was delicious

This is a quaint little restaurant in Sardis Ohio. Small family-owned,magnificent home cooking! Everything homemade from the noodles to the pies. And everything is delicious.! Great courteous service. The only reason I gave it four stars was you may have to wait for a table..... 20 minutes max time but believe me it is well worth the wait. Oh yes and very clean environment. I lived in this town when I was a little boy and I make it a special point to stop there when I travel through. Also Able's Cheese is a store in this same very small town where you can buy the finest meats and cheeses made locally. I make that my next stop to load up to take home.

Try the Ethel's club sandwich, one of the best clubs I've had.

I have been here several times. The place is not only historic, but a legitimately nice restaurant. Virtually completely customizable menu, extremely friendly wait staff, and excellent cooks. Price is reasonable, all things considered, and the bathroom is always clean. Best way to end the visit is a milkshake made with hand-dipped ice cream.

Great food, wonderful service, and even better ice cream. Gotta try the dark chocolate raspberry! Such a quaint little piece of town. We go there all the time when we visit my husband at work!
