“What you can't see in the satellite view (currently) is they've extended the building to the south with more docs and no additional forward space to maneuver - good luck, especially if your in the southern most dock. Sat on a dock for 1.5hrs before they started unloading then 30min to unload. Still not sure where check in is, walked around the building knocking on every door and ringing every bell until someone finally came out to the parking lot, about a 30min process. Arrived 07:55, depart 10:15.”

“Of course at any tap room, the most important question is the quality of the beer. And this place has some very good beers including some very interesting recent releases, so I strongly recommend if you're in the area stopping by if you are a beer aficionado. A very nice tasting room . They have a variety of seating, some high tables with stools, a few regular size tables with benches or chairs and there is some outside seating, although on the day we were there it was a bit too cold for that in early March. When we arrived it was not very crowded but a few minutes into our visit, a bus full of 1-week- early St. Patrick's Day party goers arrived and the staff managed to accommodate them. The group got further tanked up and were driven off in their bus to the next establishment. The point is that the crowd wasn't a problem there and they managed it well. So whether it's crowded or not crowded, you will still manage to get service and the staff is friendly and efficient.”

“I've been waiting for Mr. Pollo to open for quite a while & the wait was worth it! I already had picked up their menu & my wife & I knew what we wanted. We had combo #1, a chicken breast & wing. With the combo you get, along with salsa & 3 tortillas ( either flour or corn) 2 sides. I got refried beans & 3 roasted peppers. My wife got Mexican rice & birrrio beans. The chicken is roasted, not fried & was awesome! Juicy, tender & flavorful! All the sides were very, very good. The salsas were also good. We will be back..”

The ambience with turn of the century brick walls and modern day finishes and an upbeat vibe and atmosphere is what we need more of in Dayton. For food we got the burger with fries and the trout. Both were unexpectedly 5star chef quality. The flavors in the trout dish were perfectly paired with a little bit of heat and fresh. The burger definitely is one of the best of Dayton. But the big winner was the fries. They are hands down the best I’ve ever had. Fresh cut shoe strings firs with house made ketchup and a garlic aioli. Spencer, the bar tender was awesome and delightful to talk to about the menu and beers. If I could give more than five stars I would. Can’t wait for the in-laws to come into town and take them here.”

“Great place to live, very friendly staff. Residents are very diverse and friendly. Parking is sparse if you have guest. The Local Cantina can get loud at time, but nothing too bad if you close the windows. They do have a bit of a dog poop problem because people are not picking up after their pets. There doesn't seem to be a weight or breed restriction. There are some amenities I wish the building had, but overall I like the community and feel safe on the property. Now if they would just put in a dog wash station and visitor parking or enforce the parking rules period that would be great. There is no one monitoring parking after hours. No maintenance on the weekends which means no one takes out the trash and it tends to overflow. Despite all I would still recommend the property.”

“The food here is fantastic! This restaurant is a hidden gem. This was our first time here. My meal was so good I forgot to take a photo when it came out! I got the nachos with beef/chicken/shrimp on them. I substituted rice for the refried beans and it was a brilliant idea. The salsa was a bit thin than what I prefer, but the flavor was all there. They gave each individual at our table our own bowl of salsa which was nice. Our waitress was attentive and timely. We are very pleased and will visit again.”
